At the initial appointment each patient is assessed to confirm whether non surgical spinal decompression is clinically appropriate for Non Surgical Spinal Decompression. Where treatment is considered clinically appropriate, an individual treatment plan is prepared.
DR KEEGAN (CHIROPRACTOR)

Keegan started building a passion for physiology and human movement studying at the University of Western Australia. In 2009 he moved to Melbourne to study Chiropractic at RMIT, graduating in 2013. Since then, he has spent the majority of his time working in private practice in Australia and internationally – focusing on mobile aged care and mobility skill.
Keegan has expanded his training, by earning certification in the Hill DT Solutions system, to help patients with lower back and neck pain through mechanical spinal decompression.
OUR TECHNICIANS
Our team of Treatment Technicians deliver the prescribed treatment plans and monitor the progress of patients in conjunction with our clinicians.
OUR ADMINISTRATION
Our team is efficiently supported by back end administrative staff. All patient facing systems have been updated to minimal contact with online registration forms and a simple patient self-check in via iPad at reception. The roomy waiting area is a very pleasant place to relax and has full facilities.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking an appointment with Non Surgical Spinal Care you are agreeing to NSSC’s Terms of Agreement which are:
- That you will arrive on time or 10 minutes early for a first appointment
- That you will pay for the appointment(s) in full on the day, or in advance for future appointments which may be charged at a reduced fee to reflect savings in administration costs.
- Cancellation fees (charged as a % of the booked service fee): no-show 75%, or cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours 50%.
