Non Surgical Spinal Care uses computerised decompression tables used in non-surgical spinal decompression. The tables are equipped with seven sensors that calculate resistance and relaxation. This capability allows our equipment to apply force to the target area consistently and repeatably.
Are You Fit To Undergo Therapy?
Please note that not all who suffer from neck pain can qualify for the therapy. Any spinal treatment is a delicate matter so you need to undergo an Initial Assessment to be done by our resident our chiropractor. You have to meet certain conditions to determine your suitability to the therapy before we can recommend a treatment plan.
Having said that, the therapy isn’t advisable for the following:
- those with hardware in the spine like screws and rods
- those who are pregnant
- those with metastatic cancer
- those with spondylolisthesis grade 3 and 4
- those with pathologic aortic aneurysm
There may be other conditions that may surface during the Initial Assessment. Our resident our chiropractor will inform you of the reasons why or why you will not be qualified for the decompression therapy.
Before Your Assessment
Neck pain is commonly investigated using a variety of tests such as CT Scan, discography, electromyography, nerve conduction studies, MRI, x-rays, and the like. Non Surgical Spinal Care performs its own initial assessment to determine your suitability for the decompression treatment. You should also provide us with your previous tests so we can give you a proper initial assessment.
If you are qualified to undergo the therapy, a personalised treatment plan is prescribed by the assessing our chiropractor where the duration of the treatment and after-care sessions, if any, will be reflected. Your treatments will be performed by our highly trained technicians based on your initial assessment.
Our Non-Surgical Treatment
Non Surgical Spinal Care provides spinal decompression therapy for people living with neck and back pain. It is non-invasive. Most people return to their usual activities the same day, though this varies between individuals. The therapy does not involve drugs, injections or medication at any stage.
