The Effects of Spinal Decompression Treatment on Pain and Disability in Patients with Chronic Low Back Pain
DISCUSSION

There is increasing interest in nonsurgical treatments for chronic low back pain due to concerns about surgical-related problems or side effects. Among various conservative treatment options, spinal decompression treatment has attracted particular attention. In the present study, the application of spinal decompression treatment was associated with statistically significant improvements in pain and disability.

RESULTS

This indicates that spinal decompression treatment is effective in enhancing functions. Previous research suggested that reduced pressure within the disk and subsequent pain reduction improved physical activities.17 The same study indicated that increasing the vertebral body height while taking care not to stimulate the annulus fibrosus fibers, which are sensitive to pain, restored the joints of the lumbar spine to their correct locations and improved physiological responses.17,18

NON SURGICAL SPINAL CARE
OFFERS AN ALTERNATIVE TO SURGERY

Treatments are extremely gentle, non invasive and suitable for chronic conditions in the cervical (neck) and lumbar (lower back) regions of the spine.

Conditions most responsive are lower back and neck pain, sciatica, arm and/or leg pain caused by bulging discs, disc herniations and degenerative disc disease.

Taking the pressure of the discs and joints, through gentle and specifically targeted stretching of the spine, to reduce pain and improve mobility.
